Parent-Teacher Conferences
FALL 2026
West Aurora School District 129 looks forward to partnering with families during Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences, taking place the week of October 5, 2026.
Parent-teacher conferences provide an opportunity for parents and guardians to connect with teachers, discuss their child’s academic progress, and work together to support student success.
Beginning in late September, families will receive information directly from their child’s school with details about conferences, including how to schedule an appointment.
Evening Conferences
- Monday, October 5: Grades 6–8
- Tuesday, October 6: Preschool–Grade 5
- Wednesday, October 7: Grades 9–12
- Thursday, October 8: Preschool–Grade 5
Afternoon Conferences
- Friday, October 9: Preschool–Grade 12
Friday, October 9, will be a half day of instruction for all students, with parent-teacher conferences taking place in the afternoon.
A friendly reminder
Families do not need to wait for scheduled Parent-Teacher Conferences to connect with their child’s teacher. Parents and guardians are always welcome to reach out at any point during the school year to discuss their child’s progress, ask questions, or share concerns.
